Cancellation
You can request a full refund before the item is sent out. Please note that our normal order processing time is within 24 hours. Once the package is sent out, an immediate cancellation and refund can’t be done. We will contact the carrier to intercept the delivery. But we can't guarantee the interception will be 100% successful. You can (ask your customer to) refuse the package if the package arrives. Orders cannot be canceled more than 30 days after they are shipped. Return The return service is currently available for US orders only. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the purchased items complete, unused, and in their original packing within 30 days of receiving them for an exchange or refund. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. For quality issues, we will give you a full refund or one-time free replacement within 30 days of receiving the items. Please contact service@ecoflow.com for assistance. We will provide a return label for you and process your refund after receiving your return. Refund After you return the product to our warehouse, we’ll issue the refund within 2 business days.
